What if I suffered a personal injury a while ago?

Normally, you have three (3) years from the date of your injury to make a claim. If the victim was a minor (under 18), the three (3) years does not start until the minor has reached 18 years of age. There are other special exceptions to this three-year rule which apply to Medical Negligence, Criminal Injury and Industrial Disease Claims.

Will I be asked to sign up for any type of loan agreement?
